Please fix the limit scanners.

Also stop charging my paypal account when it say manual renew. No need for you to automatically renew.

The FTP scanners have been restarted.

If you are flagged as manual renew but are using PayPal thats an error in my system, sorry. Paypal is always a subscription system, that's just how it works.
