Ben,

I have emailed you, posted in the open forum,

and done everything that I can think of to prevent you from charging me for another years service.

And now you go ahead and do it anyway?

I asked you to refund me the unused portion of last years service, asked you to cancel my subscription, and even further, asked that you at least not recharge me for another year.

As usual, you did not respond at all, or acknowledge in any way my emails, open forum post, and now you charge me again.

Ben, lets get this straight once and forever.

Give me my money back, NOW!!

I am so sick of your incompetence and treating your customers like absolute shit.

So in case this isnt clear enough let me repeat.

I emailed you asking you to cancel my subscription, then after being ignored i posted in a forum thread asking you to cancel, and further telling you to at least not renew and recharge me.

And of course, you didnt respond, and recharged me.

Im livid!

Give me my money back.
