Trouble with Holdem Manager support

Hey,

I just re-signed up today since I noticed you had Holdem Manager support. I used it for about a year previously and thought it was a great program, but had to quit when I gave up on PT2.

It auto detected my Holdem Manager DB just fine, but I keep getting an error saying there are no stats for ANY players.

I should have plenty of stats. I can see I have stats on all the players in my HM HUD.

I have turned off PT Agg, but still have the same error.

If you could suggest a few settings I should look at, that would be helpful.

(Don't be afraid to suggest obvious things, I have had more than a few 'duh' moments in my lifetime)

Also, like your previous poster mentioned, I never got the password emails either, I had to dig through my emailbox to find my old PWRD. There was nothing in my spam boxes either, tried it for my yahoo and hotmail spam boxes. (I did get the subscription update email though)

Thanks for trying it. You may well be the first one to try the HM feature.

Under Advanced options, try playing around with the Scoring Method. Use the one that is the most general, i.e. includes the most stats. I think that would be Any Game, Any Stakes.

I think you might have misunderstood. I show stats in my HM HUD, but for each and every player in Sixth Sense, it says 0 hands.

I understand, its Sixth Sense that shows zero stats, but HM displays the stats fine.

Did you look at the Sixth Sense Advanced Options, and try changing them?

Scoring: Any GameType, Any Stakes
Open Table: Open Only
Ignore Player: **NOBODY**
Blended: True
Incremental: True
CPU Priority: Higher
Converge Hands: 1
Auto Restore: False
Auto Show: True
Shark: 1.0
Cache Minutes: 0
Watch for Open: True
Clear Recently: 30
Encode Base64: False

Let me know if there are any other settings I should check/change

Hmm, then I think there might be a bug in how the scores are pulled from HM. Let me check me code and see if there's anything that needs to be fixed.
