Can you give an ETA on the Party Poker Fix? + PT3 support!
Furthermore, as I only use Sixth Sense for Party, I have been unable to use it for over 2 weeks now. If the fix is going to be more than another 2 weeks, I think it would only be fit to refund my sub for this month as I am paying for a service that I can't use. Due to this outage I have had to buy a subscription to another service until this issue is fixed.
I hope that you can give a good ETA on the fix, as I will be canceling my sub if nothing happens in the near future due to the Party issue and PT3 support.

Please consider this notice that I am canceling my SS subscription. (I still believe that you owe me a refund of the last month's subscription price too, since party has been non-functional for weeks.) I was the very first SS customer, so it's a shame, but I'm sure this doesn't come as a surprise to you. Feel free to drop me a line if your life calms down to an extent that you'll be actively supporting the product again. It has promise, it's just not worth paying for if it's not supported. If I had a shred of programming skill, I'd offer to buy it from you, but alas, I don't so this is the end for me.

Guys, sorry, I got back from my vacation and then a few days later I got sick (still am today).
I'm hoping to fix the party problem this weekend, but it sounds like it might take a considerable rewrite to make that happen.

Ben can you confirm that you have canceled my subscription (and verified that with SWERG)?? I read about all sorts of horror stories re: ppl getting charged even after they cancel.
I would also appreciate if you would refund to my PayPal account the monthly charge that was charged to my Paypal in early October. I haven't really been able to use SS since then, so that was really a BS $50 charge...and now that I'm canceling my subscription for good, I feel like I should get that $ back

Alright, Ben - you answered the post above mine today, but did not post in this thread. All I'm asking is for you to acknowledge that I wish to cancel my membership and assure me that you have communicated that to SWERG so I don't get charged again, like so many others have, AND I want you to refund my last month's membership because your Party scanners were non-functional.
This is not asking too much.
